These Terms of Service govern your use of the websites, apps and services operated by Ingenvar Technologies LLC (“Ingenvar”, “we”, “us”), including Claromi. By using them you agree to these terms.
01 Who we are
Ingenvar Technologies LLC is a software company that designs, builds and operates its own digital products. You can reach us at hello@ingenvar.com.
02 Using our products
You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country, or have permission from a parent or guardian. You agree to use our products lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt or reverse-engineer them.
Some products may have their own additional terms, which will be shown before you use them.
03 Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us right away if you believe your account has been compromised.
04 Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans bought on our websites are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices, taxes and billing periods are shown before you confirm a purchase. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe.
Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are governed by those stores’ terms. Cancellations and refunds are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
05 Health and wellbeing content
Wellbeing features, such as those in Claromi, are for general information and self-care. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment and do not replace a qualified professional. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
06 Intellectual property
Our products, brands, designs and content belong to Ingenvar Technologies LLC or its licensors. You keep ownership of the content you create; you give us the limited permission needed to store and process it to provide the service.
07 Disclaimers and liability
Our products are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Ingenvar Technologies LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
08 Changes and termination
We may update these terms; if a change is significant we will let you know in advance. You can stop using our products at any time, and we may suspend access if these terms are seriously breached.
09 Governing law and contact
