This policy explains how Ingenvar Technologies LLC collects, uses and protects personal data when you use our websites and products, including Claromi. Some products may have an additional, product-specific privacy notice.
01 Data we collect
Account data you give us (such as name and email), content you create in our products, purchase and subscription records, support messages, and basic technical data (device, app version, approximate region and usage events) needed to run and improve the service.
This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.
02 How we use it
To provide and secure our products, process payments, give support, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations and, in aggregate form, understand how our products are used so we can improve them. We never sell personal data.
03 Service providers
We rely on trusted providers that process data on our behalf, such as cloud hosting (Cloudflare, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud), payments (Stripe), app stores (Apple, Google) and AI model providers used by specific features. They may only use the data to provide their service to us.
04 AI features
When a feature uses an AI model, the content needed for that request is sent to the model provider under agreements that do not allow them to use it to train their models.
05 Retention and security
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and protect it with encryption in transit, access controls and regular reviews.
06 Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data and to object to certain uses. Write to hello@ingenvar.com and we will reply within the legal timeframe.
07 Children
Our products are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
